Condo Layout
The condo features one queen bed and 3/4 bath upstairs with a kitchen, dinette, 1/2 bath, and living room downstairs. There is also a wall mounted, full-size bed downstairs. Linens and towels are not provided but we do have plenty of blankets and pillows for your use.

Amenities
The condo is equipped with the following: fireplace with wood, radiant floor heating, smart TVs in living room and bedroom (with DVD player), WiFi, outdoor hot tub (near condo #104), kitchen appliances (coffee maker, oven, toaster, and microwave), and plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, and snow shovels.

Cleaning & Emergencies
Below are instructions for cleaning the condo after your stay. Please leave it as you found it! If you prefer to hire a maid service, please let us know in advance of your stay so that we can have it scheduled. The cost for maid service is $80.00 (our cost). In case of emergencies, call us first!
Check-out Instructions
Trash
Empty all trash cans into the large dumpster at the end of the building and replace the plastic bags within each trash can.
Kitchen
Clean and put away all dishes. There is a drying rack under the sink if needed. Wipe down the countertops and table. Turn off our unplug appliances (coffee marker, stove, etc).
Fireplace
If fireplace has been used, clean out the burnt wood and ashes. Please be sure coals are cold before puttig them into the dumpster.
Living Room & Bedroom
Return all pillows and blankets to the upstairs storage shelf. Vaccum the floors (located in downstairs closet). Lower all heat thermostats to 60 degrees.
Bathrooms
Wipe down countertops and shower. Clean toilets with toilet bowl cleaner as needed.
Final Checks
Lower all heat thermostats to 60 degrees. Return spa key to the hook on the stairway railing. Close window blinds and turn off all lights. Lock the front door!
